cas 1.0 released

New release of CAS is out and should be in stable repo's for f11/12/13. Please see the updated documentation for prerequisites, installation, and setup.

Some highlights:

• Faster debug processing
• Processes kernel debugs of all kinds not just whats provided in debuginfo
• Updated (simplified) web interface (cherrypy + mako)
• Uses sqlachemy for database
• Fork jobs to other servers via paramiko (ssh)
